Ed, I saw a couple that people were eating.  They were very tempting.  The pizzas I saw looked like white/green maybe spinach pizzas.  The crust looked amazing!

I actually had Bryan's Beef Ribs for lunch and took the Gumbo Pot food to go.

That pizza was very inviting.

I'll try Deano's next time.

Greek pizza....

Mediterranean pizza....

but make sure you try a slice of pepperoni pizza too, Mar!

Took the new car for a road test.  Drove exactly plus or minus a tenth of a mile to Pechanga Casino, ate at the Buffet and drove a similar, but different 100 miles home.  Looks like I'll be getting between 500 - 600 miles on a 15 gallon tank of diesel.

The buffet was a buffet but the desserts were very good.  I just love creme brulet, good or bad.

BMW 328d Sport Wagon.  Little Station Wagon.
I've driven it a total of 300 miles so far.  I'm totally paranoid of getting door dings.

Not much sense in having a brand new car if you arent going to drive it!    Might as well get used to dings or even worse as it's inevitable.

Yum!  Great looking dinner, Lisa.

Greg, I let the valet park the car at the casino,  When he put the ticket stub on the dash his greasy had touched the window!  I must remember to clean it tomorrow.

I am getting better at driving it.

I thought of a personal license plate that I'd like, but the one they sent me is so easy to remember that I don't think I'll get it...

Michael may go so far as to sample some of the different versions of the stuff, but the samples will be very small.

I've been away for days, and it was great! Dinner tonight doesn't get a picture because I'm in a rush, but we're having avocado and cream cheese stuffed chicken (topped with salsa), cauliflower and tomatoes (with cumin, coriander and ginger), and a mixture of bag salad with red/yellow/orange bell peppers and red onion with an Italian-ish dressing. Dessert is the highlight...it's a little early, but I'm doing my birthday party tonight. This year's truly ridiculous cake is this:

Well the pork chops I bought were much thicker than I really wanted so I sliced them up and made a little pan gravy for the slices.

Lake Erie walleye, lemon/white wine/butter sauce, spinach, creamer potatoes, but the best of all was the watercress salad!

Tonight is still Passover and Kathi follows it's rules so I made a meal that qualifies. I marinated boneless chicken breasts in yogurt, lemon juice, zaatar, garlic, grated onion and salt and pepper. I then put them in the smoker for an hour to cook them nicely over maplewood.
I also took farfel (matzo crushed into small pieces), matzo meal, chicken fat, eggs and grated onion and made farfel cakes. I fried them in canola oil with a touch of chicken fat in it. It was served with some spinach.
