That's about how I feel!
 
Tonight I threw together a casserole: Smoked sausage, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, and cheese in a grated potato crust, held together with an egg mixture. Threw the leftover mixed vegetables on the side and called it good.

Greg, I want that!  It looks great.
 
I had some sort of Middle Eastern skewered chicken with onion and peppers at my brother's.  The basmati rice was fantastic.

I don't know about Greg, but around here we have Johnson's.  Maybe it's Johnsonville.

if you are able to buy Johnsonville, they arent bad at all. I like their Italian sausage as well.
