I had a big lunch for dinner.
 
Big bowl of Hot Charshu Ramen topped with Mabo (Hot tofu and ground pork)
 
Eaten at the food court in Matsuwa


Oh...love that...we go to the Matsuwa in Edgewater, NJ often. Fun place, and the closest I may ever get to being in Tokyo!

Kirstine, that does look nice.  I like the way you served the entire meal.
 
I think it's the dairy that's killing me so although I'd love to copy your dinner (chestnuts!!!) I have to think of something else for tonight.  It might be time for chicken again.  I need to go shopping.
