That catfish looks wonderful.

I'd also like some tortellini.

We had tortellini alfredo roman style with peas.

When I would make torellini for my grandson I'd include peas. We called it belly-buttons and peas.

I'm not dead yet!

Seriously, though, the local hasn't worn off yet so I'm fine. I even walk without crutches, although I had them ready just in case. I've got a vat of Norco for when the numb is gone, so it should be fine.

I ate EVERYTHING when I got home! Not used to going 16 hours between meals.

I was going to cook some chicken with peppers for dinner but I ended up having a pork dip at Philippe's Original for lunch.  No room for dinner.  I'd better freeze the chicken.

With that new range you chose to have a sandwich?

Oh yeah.  I can't match a Philippe's pork sandwich and I don't get to that neighborhood often.

I stir fried the chicken with ginger, garlic, ****akes and multi-colored peppers.  I added a little soy sauce, oyster sauce and a dark sesame oil drizzle.

With rice it would have filled me up.  I was starved so pictures did not happen.

The pain came today, so I'm taking the Norco faithfully. Which means my brain is mush so for dinner I made myself kid food! Peanut butter and Nutella sandwich, Little Debbie oatmeal creme pie, chocolate pudding cup, and some Vernor's (my throat is still sore from the breathing tube).

They said next week I can remove the dressing and maybe try wearing a real shoe. For now there's Norco, and god love 'em for giving it to me!

And I am eating, at least when I remember. Just now had some Doritos nachos and 7Up.
