Brought to you from the owners of the Joe's Crab Shack.....wait for it....Brickhouse Tavern and Grill , home of the Beer Bong. And not 200 yards across Highway 183 in Austin for your ogling pleasure.....Bone Daddy's. Of course it's the food. And lets not forget the wait staff suddenly jumping up on empty tables and giving us guests that rousing rendition of the Macarena.

Twin Peaks, HQ'd here in Dallas, has grown faster than t*ts in the hands of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon.  Amazing.  Two of my students are servers there; they claim to take in $300/shift.  God Bless America.

The best breataurant by far is also from here in Dallas:  Bone Daddy's House of Smoke ( http://www.bonedaddys.com/ ).  Since Mrs. Metro and I first visited them in 2005 they have added cloth to the wait-staff uniforms and only three more stores.  They do not franchise and are able to self-finance as their stores each average $100K/week.  Their secret:  great food!
