Make a baked pastry crust.  When it's cool, fill it with whole strawberries, point up.  Melt some jelly (I use the sugar free kind, but any kind you like - raspberry, apricot, apple all work well) in a small pan over low heat or in the microwave till it is liquidy.   Brush the tops of the berries with the jelly and let it trickle down in between.  Chill and serve.  Fresh strawberry pie!  Easy, and pretty, too.

This is my son's favorite pie.  His 42nd birthday is Monday, the 4th of July.  I always make this for him.  I always make 2 pies.

    Fresh Strawberry Pie
    2 cups granulated sugar
    6 tablespoons cornstarch
    Pinch salt
1 package 3 oz strawberry flavored jello
    2 cups water
    2 quarts strawberries, hulled
2 9-inch baked pie shells, cooled
Preparation: Whisk sugar, cornstarch, salt ,add water. cook in saucepan over medium heat until thick, whisking occasionally, cool slightly, add jello, cool completely. Place whole berries the baked pie shells. Pour sauce over berries and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
    Serve with whipped cream.

This was my great aunt's recipe, and it's still my favorite. And it's easy too.

    1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple slightly drained
1 tub (about 16 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 Keebler large graham crust

Mix the pudding mix and pineapple and let sit for about 10-15 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip, put it in the pie shell and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

So easy, light and fluffy, and soooo good.

The title of this thread is "What's Your Favorite Pie Recipe Using Strawberries or Blueberries".  Although my eyesight is not the best, it is good enough that I fail to see where your recipe uses any kind of berries at all! (A pineapple is not a berry, even though it does somewhat resemble the shape of one.)
