What's in your refrigerator, Beverages??

OK, It is mid-way between the Christmas and New Year's Holidays. We have enjoyed the evening visits by several of our kids and grandkid...with two sets coming today (for dinner) and one set planning to show up next week before New Years. For most we have Brownies and other sweets and beverages, while the grandkids open their stockings here.

I just checked our refrigerator and see that we have the following chilled and ready for (possible) selection when the four adults and four 2-5 yr old grandkids arrive for a buffet turkey supper.

One fifth of 4 Roses- Small Batch Bourbon. ( a gift from one of the kids) not chilled
Half-Dozen Mic Amber Bochs and Ultras
6 11oz V8's
8 Vernors-cans
8 regular Pepsi cans
8 diet Mtn Dew
4 Cherry Colas (Sprechers)
12 diet Orange Crush cans
1 gallon O J
1 gallon 2% milk
1 liter Local Winery (Huber's) Raspberry Wine

We will 'reload' after this group leaves us, to be ready for New Year's...Bringing out two Bourbon's (Knob Creek and Buffalo Trace). But the list shows what the 'company' will choose from as this evening progresses. The selections are tuned to the known tastes of our adult kids.

OK Stick your head in the 'Frig' and see what's hanging out in the back corners of your kitchen !!

    Aquafina water
    Diet Mt Dew
    small cans of tomato juice
    1/2 gallon 2% milk
    1 pt heavy cream
    small carton of white wine.
1 small can of grapefruit juice

I grew up drinking juice from cans & I still like the slightly tinny tast of the juice.  Also, you can put the cans in the freezer for a few minutes before drinking & get the juice really cold.

I have to chuckle a bit about the various posts on this thread. For those of you who have built a 'history' of posting, your list of beverages seems to reinforce the image I have of you, developed from your posting background. I mean that your choices seem to reflect the character of your posting! For those of you who are relatively new to the Roadfood forums, your list can be, or probably is, a peek into your food 'personality'.  I just found it interesting, and hope that you do too. I hope we will hear from more members in this 'quest for knowledge'!!

Well,  I finally decided to check out what  beverages that we have in the refrigerators.

Our refrigerator in the kitchen,  right now,  has
a large bottle of mug Root  Beer
    1.75 bottle of Beringer Chardonnay
    bottle of Bex Riesling
    1/2 bottle  Pouille Fuisse
A box of  Fish  Eye  Chardonnay
    gallon of skim milk
half gallon of 2 percent milk
1/2 quart of buttermilk  (that should not really count as it is used for cooking)
1 59 oz. Simply Orange with mango
1/2 59 oz.  Simply   Apple juice
3 bottles of Poland Spring water
a bottle of Sam Adams ale
    2 cans of Coors
one large pitcher of our famous Three Booze Eggnog

The refrigerator out in garage  is used mostly for beverages and there are a lot out there.

     12 pack of Coors
3 half gallons of different juices
    lots of Sam Adams ale
some bottle of  hard lemonade  (wonder who is drinking that?)

    bottle of Baileys
6 bottles of some beer that I never heard of  (and have forgotten by now  and it is too darn cold to go back out and look)
a partial gallon of unpasteurized  cider

therbs, don't forget that pickle juice is the single most important ingredient in a Sam Hill Hooker Shot!

1&1/2 oz. Sour mash whiskey and 1 oz. dill pickle juice in a rocks glass. Served very cold!!! Down in one shot. Sounds bad till you try it.
