What's the best combo of steam pan for this setup?

This mini-cart only has room for 2/3 size. So two 1/3 size steam pans. How would it be best to divide it? I want a source for heating buns, hotdogs and chili. Any help would be nice, or is this cart just too small? Because I found a extremely cheap Teeny Weenie hotdog cart on Craigslist and would think it'll be a good start.

That i'm not 100% sure off, but most likely yes. It's from All American Hotdog, so I'm pretty sure it's a good cart.

If it has a stove heating them up in 7 mins isn't the issue....

Room for only 2 - 1/3 pans?  Wow....it doesn't seem worth it to me.  Did you buy this yet?  How cheap is cheap?  I would probably just go with dogs and buns and skip the chili.  I just don't see how you have room....or you could go with dogs and chili and just serve cold buns.  Not a great option.  OR....you could set up a secondary burner (camp stove using coleman type fuel bottles....or set up using a reg tank) for the chili or whatever.

You also have to consider where are you going to be serving and how much volume can you get out in x amount of time.  Will the cart allow you to keep up?

Good questions, it's a 1000$ cart. I think I might just spend a little more because recently they just posted a new 1500$ cart on Craigslist. Fits three 1/2 pans.

Hmmm. I never thought of 1/9ths. You think they're big enough for a small crowd? Assuming 30 people order chili dogs.

dont buy a cart you cant test out, unless you can fix it. I have seen used or cheap carts take way to long to do a batch of dogs. a cart should do a load of dogs from frozzen to ready in 7 mins. yeah, you could show up early on location and do dogs, but if you get busy no one wants to wait 30 mins for more dogs to come up.
