    The answer here is obvious! Don't fire the cook, serve more Lutefisk! That will keep the overcrowding under control!

    He needs to open his own place serving the same things and cafeteria style. Word of mouth is the best advertising, and it seems he has it!

    I agree. If he is that good of a cook, the the companies lost is everyone elses gain !! Hopefully he will open up his own resturant and have at it !!!!

    Not only word of mouth--this story is all over the place. With publicity this extensive,it wouldn't surprise me if he attracted a few investors withy very little effort.

    My brother's friend worked developing meals for Jenny Craig. They told him his food tasted too good and would tempt people to overeat so they insisted he make his food taste worse.
