            As a matter of fact, when Duke Medical School farmed us students out to the Durham County Hospital (to deliver babies--they didn't do enough deliveries at Duke Hospital), we used to get a free breakfast after a night on duty and they served up some fine grits with red eye gravy, bacon, sausage and so on (anything as long as it had something to do with pork).
             
            If you were further south (such as in Gainesville, FL), you might also score some super boiled peanuts.  At the hospital there, guy came around selling them regularly.

              I did the Street View and didn't see the signs though it seems right on.
