Where to eat I-70 West? From PA to Utah?

Where to eat I-70 West? From PA to Utah?

I am looking for good regional eats off of I-70 west ill be passing cities such as Pittsburgh, Columbus, Indianapolis, Illinois, St Louis, KC, Kansas, Denver, Moab. Any authentic suggestions ranging from Bbq to truck stops. Thanks!

    Well, if you're going to be around Pittsburgh then I highly recommend a stop at Primanti Brothers in the city's Strip District for one of their deservedly famous sandwiches. And if you're still hungry after that then a block and a half walk to Wholey's for one of their almost equally famous monster fried fish sandwiches.
     
    Three hours later, in Columbus, a visit to Schmidt's Sausage Haus in the city's German Village for a Bahama Mama bratwurst and a cream puff is always an excellent idea. And then a few miles to the west of Columbus off I-70 is the unassuming appearing Henry's where you'll find fabulous pies.
