RE: Where to eat it Titusville, FL
In 2000, I visited a retired friend in Cocoa Beach and for dinner I opted for fried seafood (John had a favorite place for fried and a favorite one for broiled). We drove northward (I think north) on A1A toward Cape Canaveral just a few miles. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the restaurant name and could not find them with an internet search.
The place is memorable to me for the excellent plate of fish I ordered. They had AYCE specials where you can choose between 2 kinds of seafood from several choices. I would eat there frequently if I lived in the area.
Here are clues that can get you there:
- It's a bona fide seafood restaurant, and is very, very popular. We were there on a Monday night and had a short wait.
- There is a partially wrecked or partially buried rowboat displayed in front - kind of a signature landscaping theme and very visible.
- Basically, there's just one long main drag on that stretch of barrier island, and I think it's on that main drag.
You can find it; I know you can.
Anyone know the name of this place?
