Where was my layover

rAs some of you know, I just returned from a three day weekend trip to Virginia. On the way home, I had a 2 1/2 hour layover, imagine my surpise when I discovered this City's institution at a concession inside the airport.
Where  was I?

Well, from the image I would have to say you were in Philadelphia enjoying a cheesesteak.

Wow, didn't realize that Tony Luke's had an airport location.  That's awesome, since in the past I've even taken a cab to their main location from PHI.

    WJ-
The obvious question is how did the airport location sandwich compare to the original location?

Yes, broccoli rabe of course. The airport sandwich was actually quite comparable to the original, then again it's been 6 years since I've last had one

It's nice to hear that it's good at the airport, because their concession at Harrah's Casino in Chester (and I'm only going by what I heard from my other half) was dreadful! We pass TL's original location on Oregon Ave. everytime we go to the Ikea down there, and there is always a line. They have opened up locations in slightly odd places like an Acme Market in Hockessin, Delaware, and adjoining a bowling alley over here in Maple Shade, NJ. I've also just noticed three to be opening up out in L.A. this coming fall. It makes a difference as to the bread, so it'll be quite interesting to hear from our West Coast contributors and friends how that goes.
