Are we talking quarterback qualities or personal triumphs? I respect everyone for their stellar personalities and their stand up views. I was talking sports. He definitely deserves to go somewhere else where he can shine.

He's shining right where he is! No need to change. The offense is doing better because of his example and leadership. Good leaders inspire others to do things better.
I've played the game. People who have never played the game have a hard time understanding the intangibles that go into developing a winning football team. Winning teams have good chemistry among other things, loosing teams don't.

I stand by my statement. Defense is doing well, has nothing to do with Tebow. Denver has an offense, that ,as I said, is out playing their quarterback.

The defense is doing well in some games,   but it is, however, the 24th rated defense in the league.  They were 1-4 without Tebow, and 7-1 with him, and he's brought them back from beyond in several games.  The defense gave up 489 yards and 32 points to the Vikings, and the offense still managed to outpace them.  The defense was good against the Chiefs, but the Chiefs have one of the worst offenses in the league.  The Broncos defense did well against the Jets, but you have to give Tebow some credit as well, beating one of the better defenses in the league.  It's more of improvement on both sides of the ball than just the defense.
Also consider that without Tebow starting, the Broncos had 12 turnovers in 5 games.  With him starting, they have had 7 turnovers in 8 games.  That takes a lot of pressure off of the defense, so Tebow's performance, in reducing turnovers from an average of over 2 per games to less than 1 per game, does affect the defense.

In the AFC, there's 5 teams at 7-5 & they're fighting for either the West title and/or the last wildcard slot. This should be fun to watch.

Coach LeBeau has been thinking about Green Bay for 10 months now.  I will pity the Pack come February.

Don't count your chickens, they still have to get by Tebow.

I checked and do not see the Broncos on the schedule ...

(Kidding aside, it's hard to root against Tebow in any circumstance that does not involve the BLACK & GOLD.)

Admittedly a lot can change between now and then, but the most likely scenario is our Stillers playing in the first (wild card) round in Denver.

Ouch.  The altitude gives the Broncos a definite home field advantage.  Then, there is the issue of Big Ben staying on one piece.  That was quite a scare last night.

Agreed.  I gave away my tickets last night because I was expecting a blowout.  As long as they find a way to win.

When was the last time he wasn't hurt for the playoffs?

I'm hoping the Raiders come back to win the West.  I remember those classic Raiders-Steelers playoff games from the '70s and would love to see another one.

I bet Tim Tebow's favorite book when he was a kid was "The Little Engine That Could".

Talk about "deja vu all over again".  Yikes!

Jerry needs to hire Bill Cowher to consult on how one might maintain a second half lead.

Better yet, he needs to hire Cowher as head coach.

The Cowboys are getting very mediocre results from what is arguably the best talent in the league.

Cowher would be a dynamite coach for Dallas, but I'm not too sure that he has the right temperament to put up with Jerry Jones.

You're right, that would never work. My guess is that Cowher winds up with the Philadelphia Eagles!

What the Cowboys need is an owner that doesn't think he knows more about football than every other GM in the NFL.

Jerry Jones may not know Football, but he understands business.
There were about 90,000 people at that game last night. The Average Fan Cost Index for Cowboy Stadium is $189.75 to go to a game, park, eat, souvenirs, seat etc.
That game generated about $17,077,500 Dollars.
How 'bout them Cowboys!

Or they could use 100,000+ shareholders who think they know more than every GM in the NFL.  That's good for 13-0 so far this year.

It's a shame that Jones hasn't paid attention to owners like the Rooneys or Robert Kraft to learn how an NFL owner should operate.

How do you spell Tebow backwards?  R-O-M-O.

Jones is more like the Al Davis of the last decade than a Kraft or Rooney.  Just win make money, baby!

I'm enjoying the Cowboys collapses way too much.  I went to bed thinking they had the game won last night.
