Amor Fiery Steakhouse de Brazil Churrascaria (pronounced shuh-RA-ske-REE-uh) will open in Mason in August 2006- featuring 16 cuts of beef, chicken, lamb, pork & sausage slow-roasted & grilled over an open flame. The skewer weilders are called gauchos, in honor of the Brazilian cowboys who invented this kind of cooking, and most will be natives of Brazil or Argentina. Over 250 bottles of wine available. Prices range from $39-$45 a person.
