Which Usinger's?

One or two people on these forums have raved about Usinger's hot dogs. I want to try them and found the Web site... http://www.usinger.com/alacarte.php?browse=6&cartpart= ... but they list so many varieties, none of which are called "hot dogs." Which one is the one that people are talking about? Thanks! Gene

If you want a hot dog, look at the Frankfurters...

The natural casing Angus beef franks in the 8/1's(8 to a pound)are the product of choice. They are also a favorite of John Fox. CSD Born in Chicago Raised in Chicago Moved to Wisconsin Selling Vienna Beef hot dogs & Polish.

I second CSD's recommendation. In fact, I think I'll go have a couple for dinner tonight. Other favorites of mine are the knackwurst and the Hessiche liverwurst.

Pete, I'm with you 100%. The onion knackwurst are my personal top faves.
