Eat almost anywhere in Sioux City and you're gonna get a good Iowa chop. Go to Le Mars and eat........Iowa chops bigger than my behind! And in these winter days, that's gettin BIG!  Or go to your local Fairview and buy those beautiful chops and cook 'em up on the grill!
