RE: Whither Mosca's
The picture of the Italian Shrimp reminds me of the Shrimp I used to get at one of my long gone favorite resturants, Slicker Sams in Melrose Park Illinois. Cooked in the shell served with plenty of garlic and butter with homemade Italian bread to soak up the sauce. I have tried to duplicate at home with no success and have never found a recipe that calls for cooking in the shell. Anyone know how to prepare this wonderful dish?
