I've tasted one of these at the 2007 Off The Broiler Hot Dog Tasting. It was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth. Seriously. And I believe the lowest scoring frank. They are so amazingly bad that you have to experience them at least once. gschwim, I think I'll be having nightmares tonight! Have you had them?

No, never tried them, but I like spicy food and it looked interesting, but one of the advantages of this site is that I can tap into others' experiences and thus avoid a bad one for myself. Thanks for the warning. Gene

While I'm not crazy about dogs that have cheeses in them, I have enjoyed a few on occasion. The Fiesta Dog from Berk's in Pa comes to mind. Cheese and jalapenos. Ok once in awhile. But the chipotle pepper franks were just awful. Everything about them.
