Some friends brought over wild Alligator that they had bought at a Fish Market in Mt. Airy Maryland. They had marinated it overnight in a olive oil and Creole seasoning. I double dredged it and fried it in peanut oil. Heres the rub, so to speak, it didn't taste bad, nor good, as far as I could tell there was no taste at all, although the consistency was that of chicken. Anyone else have those results with Gator?
