OK Chicago Style Dogs(or any other locals)... do you know anything about this place? A friend talked it up this a.m. so I did a search and this old review is all I could find out about it. My friend did mention the knob of butter that was as big as the potato and they got a dreamy look on their face when describing this very old establishment.. Years ago, the Stage Stop offered a twin lobster tail dinner for $19.95. We decided to try the place, but unfortunately, as in many Wisconsin supper clubs, it was filled with cigarette smoke. There was no non-smoking section. We were reluctantly seated under a gigantic air purifier, that didn't do much to help. I don't eat in restaurants where smoking is allowed, that doesn't have a non-smoking section, so we left. They're some great unknown diamond in the rough hidden jewel restaurants between the Wisconsin state line and Milwaukee. E-mail me directly for some great recommendations.
