Grady Carlson, a former Chicagoan and graduate of Hot Dog University, opened Windy City Eats in Weymouth, MA last week. Looks great--just emailed my brothers back there about the place--Gotta LOVE a good dog!!!---and i got a feeling Italian beef will be a hit back there to!
