My parents used to give me creme de menthe and chocolate sauce over vanilla ice cream. Never realized I was getting a buzz on at the age of 7!!!

Chambord over vanilla ice cream is almost sinful it's so good. Good thing Chambord costs so much.

Cassis sorbet was always my order at Hagen Daz. I forgot that. Creme de Cassis out of a glass isn't bad, either.

Is this ice cream or sorbet? to me that makes a difference. (esp since wine with cream does not sound appealing)

you can actually make a home made one by pouring small content of vodka to the ice cream.
