Winter Shutdown Questions

Sometime in the next 6 weeks or so I need to plan a winter shutdown for several months, with the driving forces being freezing temperatures and snow.My unit is an 18' purpose built Pace American trailer that will be spending the winter on-site.Utilities are a 100 amp "temporary service" box, 2 30lb propane tanks, and a food grade water hose connected to an exterior sillcock of a nearby (100' away) building. The hose itself is buried underground approximately 12-18" underground in a 4" PVC chase.Wastewater is removed daily in 5 gallon water bladders. Basically I would appreciate advise on how others perform shutdowns, what your's entails, and problems you may have encountered. What supplies and equipment should be freeze protected? How will the weather affect items in my refrigerators and freezer?Any maintenance supplies that must be pulled?Have you ever reopened during a thaw and how tough is that from shutdown? I guess I'd just like anything you've got on winter operations. My contract requires I be open from April 1st thru October 31st with my lease costs greatly reduced for the winter months, but after my first season I realize I can aid my season greatly by opening as late as possible into the winter,as early as possible in the spring, and maybe even during thaws.Any advise you can give would be greatly apprecciated.
