World Chili Championship

Just back from the World Chili Championship held in Omaha, NE. Our chili won the "People's Choice" award. Life is good. Now, if only Davydd would taste my BPT...

PapaJoe, BPT=Breaded Pork Tenderloin.
Enginecapt, We make a chili that contains chunks of ground beef, diced tomatoes, onion, celery, green peppers. Our chili powder is a specialty chili powder, Gebhardt's. It gives our chili a deep rich color.

My Mom used Gebhardt's in her chili many moons ago when I was a lad.
