Anybody going to the barbecue contest at the World Pork Expo in Des Moines next month. I'd love to help out in anyway possible as part of a writing project. I'm also happy to offer info about Des Moines if anyone needs it. Whose gonna be there? I would expect several hundred teams again this year.
