I know my parents would never have let us kids do this. One they didn't have the money, and too, they had more brains. It's dangerous enough of a journey for an adult by themselves, but for kids, no.If she was twenty years old and a grown woman and wanted to do this, that's one thing.Besides with pirates, drug runners and other assorted creeps at sea, it would worry me as a mother .What if someone captured her boat, what if she was kidnapped, or heaven forbid, raped or murdered,we would never know.Could her parents live with that knowledge, or what if the boat capsized and sank and she didn't survive? These parents need their heads examined even if her brother did it and was sucessful.
