That is a very nice lunch. Everyone will ooooh and aaahhh over those ribs, and the sausages seem fine too. But it is those dried, crinkly cooked hotdogs that appeal to me the most. I am among those that love to cook 'em to death.
The best grilled hotdogs look like those and can be even darker in color.

No, they were pork and yes they were almost as big as beef ribs. Beef ribs are a real favorite in my family.

Tough to find good meaty beef ribs to smoke, believe me, I ended up sending so many orders back to the suppliers I stopped selling them. Too bad, as I love them!
