The link was to LA Weekly Squid Ink. The story is about a push cart where a chef cooks up fresh eggs. No sinks, no refrigeration, raw food. Not sure how he's able to do it. I'll try the link again.

If you're interested Google Monsieur Egg. There are articles and pictures. Cart doesn't seem to meet any HD rules I've seen. LA has thousands of unlicensed carts but they usually try to fly under the radar. This guy is trying to get as much publicity as possible, the question is how long he'll be in business.
