Pig candy
Press dark brown sugar onto bacon strips. Cook in the oven on a rack (about 350) until bacon in done. Be careful not to burn. Sweet, salty and pork. What else could you want?

Adj, glad you brought this back up. Some real good recipes here! Does your bud at Mary's Kitchen need more recipes this year?
