Your favorite old food jingle or saying..

I just posted an old ad saying about Wonder Bread on the staff of life thread. Those old timers from the 50's will remember Howdy doody selling so many foods like Wonder Bread and Hostess cupcakes(healthy stuff huh?)
Remember what he said about Wonder Bread:"Wonder Bread, helps build strong bodies 8 ways!" Later it even became "12" ways.
Remember "Pepsi Cola hits the spot....."
So many others...start thinking, they pop into your head one by one. We sure sold our favorite products with sayings and songs!!!
Remember some?????

Barbeque joint in Northern Virgina back in the 90's: "We will sell no swine before its time!" Sadly, they didn't sell enough swine and are no longer around.

To the tune of "Love and Marriage" Campbell's brought us, "Soup and sandwich, soup and sandwich, have your favorite Campbell's soup and sandwich! Any time or weather.....soup and sandwich go together!" Which I proudly sang in kindergarten (46 years ago) before the whole class! I guess I started off being food oriented at an early age.

It's from one of those 70s nutrition ads that accompanied Schoolhouse Rock, I think--'I hanker for a hunka, a slab or slice or chunka, I hanker for a hunka cheese.' I still say that to myself when it's Cheesy Time.

    Hamm's beer (circa 1950's)

"From the Land of Sky Blue Waters,
From the land of pines, lofty balsams,
    Comes the beer refreshing,
    Hamm's the beer refreshing."

Butternut bread (maybe only available regionally?), circa 1950's:
    "Tut-tut, nothing but Butternut bread!"

    Campbell's Soups:
    " Mm-mm good...
    Mm-mm good
    That's what Campbell's soups are
    Mmm-mm good!"

Cream of Wheat (remember the radio show "Let's Pretend" on Saturday mornings?)
"Cream of Wheat is so good to eat
    Yes we have it every day;
We sing this song, it will make us strong,
And it makes us shout "Hooray!"
    It's good for growing babies
    And grown-ups too to eat;
    For all the family's breakfast
You can't beat Cream of Wheat! "

Does anyone else remember this one? I lived in Tennessee at the time, so it may have just been a local thing:

Rudy's farm country sausage is so easy to tell
By the new plastic wrapper with the dinner bell
You slice right through the package
To get to the locked in flavor
You get more patties to the pound
    That's why it's a money saver
    Rudy's farm country sausage
    It's worth every cent
It's inspected and passed by the US Government

In the Baltimore area, here's a jingle from a dairy.

Milk and butter and eggs and cheese,
fresh from the farm to you.
If you don't own a cow, call CLOVERLAND now,
It's North 9 two two two two, North 9 2222.
