Yummy Shoulder Just a Few Miles Away

Sometime we forget how good we have it right at home. I'm lucky enough to live just a few miles from Porky Pig Bowling Green, KY.
Home of great shoulder!
I love it hot - rub and dip. With vinegar slaw and beans. Had some Saturday and overheard another table discussing how their shoulder was "the best." Could be they meant the best in the building, the best in town, state, world, universe... I didn't ask. My mouth was full.
