a night in philly - cheesesteak help

Hi All
I know this is a topic for debate but I am in philly for one night for work and staying at the westin and would like a fun night of cheesesteaks and dave and busters. Can anyone reccomend based on the location of the above where to get cheesteaks? Also am with a vegetarian - do any make chicken sandwiches? thanks!
