american dream hot dog carts?or uscarts?

Does anyone own their Hummers? and/or has anyone have info. on the companies ? Are they one in the same?
I've read a bit about them posted by one member. But if I'm not mistaken he would receive a free cart.
Once again, any info. is greatly appreciated.
