Passing through Stroudsburg, PA and stopped at Sweet Creams Cafe on Main St. What a good find - delicious sandwiches in addition to wonderful ice creams - I had the almond joy and it was loaded with coconut. Well worth a little trip - it looks like an old-fashioned ice cream parlor.
