any okies care to help me out?

i am wanting to get set up for dogs. i was reading through the regulations and it seems that i might as well go with a food truck or trailer. from what it looks like, everybody has to have a commissary now? is that something that you can set up at your house? i live in the country and was thinking about buying one of those portable premade building and putting in the 4 sinks and whatever else i might need to make it be offically a commissary. is this possible? i am kinda wanting to do other foods too (jerky, peanut brittle; maybe cold sandwiches, corn dogs, funnel cakes) , so wouldnt this be the best route to take? rather than paying all the money just for a cart and then have to go back and pay again if i decide to sell other stuff. so, if anybody wants to give me the lowdown on how oklahoma works, i would really appreciate it.

Usually a commissary has to be a licensed restaurant or church kitchen

here in kansas you can have one at your house. no direct access to your house though. a friend built on a commercial kitchen onto the side of his garage that is state licensed.
