anyone here buy a used food truck? whats a used food truck worth?

decided to possibly sell one of my two desiel trucks. i have a P30 in the equipment install stage and wondering what a used truck is worth? 90% of all nice equipment is ready for installation. no skin on outside. any ideas of value? offers? 706 three92 2580 thanks mark
