hi friend look this is spicy fried chicken how can i make like this one at home it to hot and the season become underneath skin please help my

Give it a brief marinade before battering. Deliberately separate some of the skin before the marinade. Marinading it in a plastic bag is good because you can work it all around the chicken well.

I do like Caver says...Like when I am going to make wings...I put the amount I am going to fry in a bowl or plastic gallon baggie & pour as much hot sauce as you like in the bowl/baggie and let it marinate for several hours or overnight in fridge. During the time it's soaking ...I turn it over so all pieces are well covered. Then I pop them in the flour mixture & fry. Pam

caver pamelakrest I will try your way it is new method at less to me to use hot suauce to marinate the chicken it is appear good thank you frinds
