bolt burgers

A few years ago i ate at an in and out style hamburger chain near harrisburg pa they served bolt burgers and bolt fries (served at the speed of lightning i guess) what is the name of this chain?

You ate at a hot 'n' now joint. We had one a while back, it was very short lived, though. It quickly became a rally's.
