Hi,
Miamidon...me too. They stopped sending me the letters and little gifts years ago too. Now you got me wondering if the Tennessee Squires is defunct. Any one out there still getting the mail from the Jack Daniel'es Tennessee Squires?

Back in 2006 I think it was I won a bottle of Heaven Hill as a door prize at a Crabfest is Baltimore. The bottle was donated by The Mayor BTW. It was the 1st bourbon/whiskey I liked. So for New Years I bought a bottle of MM for myself. That is some fine tasting booze.

      Mike,
Heaven Hill is distilled in Bardstown, KY. At the distillery the company runs the Bourbon Heritage Center that offers tours of the place and some museum-type displays and a gift shop. It is a nice place to stop...close to Bardstown itself, and has one other outstanding feature. If you do the tour you then are invited to a great "Tasting Room" where samples of the various levels of Bourbon Products are available for a taste.

We find Heaven Hill to be quite adequate, especially at the bargain prices it sells for in the local markets. It is not Knob Creek, but it is Less than a quarter the price also.

Thanks Al, I did buy a 2nd bottle after the 1 I won. I still have most of it but switched to MM at New Years when I was feeling flush.

Years ago I bought a fifth of JTS BROWN with the same thought as you. Yikes! That stuff would grow hair on Jessica Alba's chest!

After years of "study", nothing beats two fingers of Evan Williams Black with two cubes.
