I'm looking for a specific item to butter (quickly) a new england style hot dog bun. It looks like a hampster wheel in a pan filled with melted butter. I've searched through the past posts and haven't come up with anything. Any help locating one of these would be appreciated.

Personally, I've always used a small 1/8th half height pan flipped over, and put a 1/8th pan on top with the butter on the corner of the grill. Then to apply the butter, use a food grade "PaintBrush" that runs 4 or 5 bucks.. (Brush will last ya a couple years).. Far cheaper.. They also sell the pans with a lip that you can hang on the edge of the backsplash of the grill, not needing the pan underneath.

I would think there would be a load of crumbs that quickly collect in the tray, mixed with the butter. RJF
