I'm looking at making some pigtail cables and such for various power situations. Does anybody know of a good source to pick up bulk #6 awg 4 conductor cable. I'm looking to run 50 amps for a short distance and make some pigtails to convert to 30 amp. Thanks

How about the ever popular Home Despot? Or, you might try Grainger.

RV supply stores have all kinds of converter plugs. I can plug my 50 amp camper cord into a 30 amp adapter, and then a regular 20 amp plug. I do believe the RV stores have made up extension cords too.

      Hope that helps a little.
