chips on sandwiches

It's nearly 8am in Dayton,Ohio and I am eating an awesome ham sandwich with grain mustard and of course potato chips on it for breakfast. It's a guilty pleasure I love because, I've never ate sammies with chips crushed on it in front of anyone hahaha...have you????

Hello All, I love to put chips in between the bread on my peanut butter and bananas sandwiches. Usually it is regular chips, but lately jalepeno chips have added a richness due to a heavy cold. Take Care, Fieldthistle

I like Doritos on cheese sandwiches occasionally. Adds a nice crunch to the sandwich.

You know...I have not tried Fritos or Doritos on sandwichs...sounds yummy tho...I am going to have to broaden my horizons!! I have thought about flavored potato chips and didn't try thinking I would ruin my sandwich.

I crumble fritos or potato chips in my soup. But not on my sandwiches. Wait!---I take that back. I did put some on a BBQ Pork sandwich once. But I think I was drunk and it was about 2 A.M....

I love chips on most of my lunchmeat sandwiches - especially when your near the bottom of the chip bag and you get all those crumbs!

fritos on tuna salad, but they have to be the regular thin fritos not the thicker dip chips or scoops.. the taste and crunch is different.

I eat just about any type of "salad", i.e. tuna, ham, egg, et.al. as a dip with potato chips. No bread, though.

The best "chipwich" I've ever had consisted of bbq beef, smoked gouda, and the now defunct ranch flavored fritos.. great with a beer~!

I've been known to eat tuna fish on potato chips, but I don't put them on sandwiches. Starch overkill.

Anytime I have a Luncheon meat sammie I got to put chips on it. My favorites are Old Fashioned loaf and Baby Swiss cheese, mayo on rye bread with BBQ Grippo Potato chips. Off topic My wife (NOT PREGNANT) enjoys bbq grippos, crushed up over vanilla ice cream.

OMG...that's something I haven't thought about it years. When I was little I loved Oscar Meyer Bologna, on Sunbeam white bread with plain potato chips and ketchup. Now the thought just makes me want to . Well, maybe without the ketchup? Dan

Sometimes! The Mrs puts chips just about every sandwich and I have to admit crumbled chips on a hot dog or burger is pretty good. Sometimes a tuna or bolona sandwich just crys for a few chips (along with a pile next to the sandwich but then any sandwich can be perked up with the right flavor chip, turkey and cheese with bbq chip, ham salad w/saltNvinager, well you get the idea..... Now how about pickles?? sliced? wedges? sweetdill or garlic?

One of my grandzillas will not eat a ham or turkey sandwich unless he has Doritos Nacho Cheese chips. I tried one, not bad. I like Lays potato chips, the real thin kind, on tuna sandwiches. Joe

consider that potato chips are so full of fat they make a great fire starter.
