chips on sandwiches

It's nearly 8am in Dayton,Ohio and I am eating an awesome ham sandwich with grain mustard and of course potato chips on it for breakfast. It's a guilty pleasure I love because, I've never ate sammies with chips crushed on it in front of anyone hahaha...have you????

I used to do that -- my favourite was bologna with chips.

Of course if you ask for a chip sandwich here in the UK, you'll get one of these:

    Hello All,
I love to put chips in between the bread on my peanut butter and bananas
sandwiches. Usually it is regular chips, but lately jalepeno chips have
added a richness due to a heavy cold.
    Take Care,

I like Doritos on cheese sandwiches occasionally. Adds a nice crunch to the sandwich.

You know...I have not tried Fritos or Doritos on sandwichs...sounds yummy tho...I am going to have to broaden my horizons!! I have thought about flavored potato chips and didn't try thinking I would ruin my sandwich.

You haven't lived until you've had a purple runza with chips on top.

fritos on tuna salad, but they have to be the regular thin fritos not the thicker dip chips or scoops.. the taste and crunch is different.

I eat just about any type of "salad", i.e. tuna, ham, egg, et.al. as a dip with potato chips. No bread, though.

Anytime I have a Luncheon meat sammie I got to put chips on it.

My favorites are Old Fashioned loaf and Baby Swiss cheese, mayo on rye bread with BBQ Grippo Potato chips.

    Off topic

My wife (NOT PREGNANT) enjoys bbq grippos, crushed up over vanilla ice cream.

OMG...that's something I haven't thought about it years. When I was little I loved Oscar Meyer Bologna, on Sunbeam white bread with plain potato chips and ketchup. Now the thought just makes me want to .

    Well, maybe without the ketchup?

Sometimes! The Mrs puts chips just about every sandwich and I have to admit crumbled chips on a hot dog or burger is pretty good. Sometimes a tuna or bolona sandwich just crys for a few chips (along with a pile next to the sandwich but then any sandwich can be perked up with the right flavor chip, turkey and cheese with bbq chip, ham salad w/saltNvinager, well you get the idea.....
Now how about pickles?? sliced? wedges? sweetdill or garlic?

One of my grandzillas will not eat a ham or turkey sandwich unless he has Doritos Nacho Cheese chips. I tried one, not bad. I like Lays potato chips, the real thin kind, on tuna sandwiches.
