I find that a "please" and a "thank-you" go a long way to getting people to help you.

Well I sell White Hots off of my cart. They are made of veal and have no nitrates. Is this what you are looking for?

I've asked one of our sales reps who lives in Rochester NY (DoAll Co) to not return to Chicago without a couple packs of White Hots. He keeps forgetting!
