On my aforementioned trip to Santa Fe, I also had a good pizza at "Backroads Pizza" (Second Street) featuring a dandy cornmeal/sesame crust. I added cheese, sauce, roasted chicken and green chile but the crust was great! I think I've have cornmeal crust with "cajun" pizza, too.
Can anyone else identify cornmeal used on pizza?
