Might want to check the yellow pages of good size city phone book for fab shops. There's a place called Southern Cookers outside of Orangeburg, SC on Hwy 178 that builds mobile kitchens. There's a fabrication shop a couple of doors away. Between the two of them they MIGHT be able to help you.

I think it's fine. It will be a whole lot lighter to haul. There's a company called fibercore that makes fiberglass concession trailers for the major drinks companies.

I'd look for a fiberglass man... Actually it's pretty easy if you have the patience.. You can do the framining with either aluminum or wood, and have at it from there. Back in the late 70's, my buddys neighbor had some sort of foam he used.. Sprayed it on in block forms, then used a rough rasp type tool to get it to shape, then fine sanded it and either added bondo or fiberglass to get a super smooth finish.. (Was a 69 Mustang he modified, and looked sharp as heck when he was done).. (Find some old school body shop guy, he'll probably know what I'm talking about).. But if your looking for all sheet metal, that will be a pain and costly to say the least.. Probably cheaper buying something pre-made..

the fiberglass guy i found uses the foam and scuplts the shape...no mold, etc. this is the direction we are going to go. didn't want just a "box" so even with the great pre-made trailers out there, we have to go custom built.
