When I lived in Maine, Shaw's Grocery Store carried them, and I think Hannafords had them also. I do believe that Stop N Shop also carried them when I lived in Massachusetts.
They may be at the fresh deli case as opposed to the hot dog section.
I remember buying one, just to try it.

Let me just say, I was glad that I bought just one.
Didnt care for it at all...
And to bring up another point.
Here in SC, there are NO decent dogs/frankfurters/weiners. I am stuck with Hebrew National, which I like, dont get me wrong, but I miss the variety that I used to get in New England.
I miss Kayems, Grote and Weigel.. I mean here it is basic dogs.
Wildest ones in the store are HN and Nathans and Sabrett's-- LOL
But since I do like HN, I keep buying them.. I miss my weenies!
Especially the one that isnt made anymore thanks to Tyson gobbling up the little guys.!
(those were Maple Leaf Frankfurters, and NO not the ones you see in the store.. 2 different companies)
I cannot afford to pay 25-30 buck shipping charges for hot dogs!

Ro ossy90,HAVE YOU CHECKED OUT Usinger's of Milwaukee? it's www.usingers.com They have various german sausages and i believe hot dogs as well.Don't know how much the shipping charge is.
Not many germans or poles in your neck of the woods.
Here in San Antonio you can buy Boar's Head,Hebrew National,Nathan's Oscar Meyer,Armour,
H.E.B. Brand hot dogs made for H.E.B.Grocery Stores in the Midwest i think, plus a couple of other brands. There are a couple of meat markets in my area, like Penshorn's in Marion and Granzinin's in New Braufels that make their own sausage and jerky.
Are there any meat markets in your area?
