dish washer? ??

hi, i am looking for a economy dish washer. like the jackson conserver xl? is that a complete unit? it sells for about 3000 bucks. do i need to be a booster heater? thanks

There are good guys out there in that field, if you can find them. In a restaurant I owned about five years ago, we got a dish machine from a company called Autochlor. We leased it for, I think, $170/mo, which INCLUDED the chemicals and 24/7 service. Can't beat that with a stick. It had ONE moving part, and you could drain it and clean the filters in about a minute. Worked like a charm.

yeah the conserver xl is not a high temp dishwasher i would need a booster heater to get the water temp up to 180 degree just found that out. i am now looking at a jackson tempstar which is $7500, whats the deal with the voltage, i know there are single phase and 3 phase, whats the difference between 208/60/1 and 230/60/1?

ah yes, forgot to mention that. the autochlor machine was a low-temp, chemical sanitizer model. very easy on both the water and the electricity.

check out Pete's rest. supply in Conway N.H. He always has a good supply of used and new. I my self would go with a hobart and hot water booster. Low temp. seems to leave the glasses foggy or spotty.

i believe it needs to be over 180 degrees in rinse cycle, not sure if thats the regulation. the tempstar has a built in booster heater thats why its twice as more as the coserver xl. i am mainly interested in new equipments. not too sure what pete in NH will charge for a tempstar new.
