all kidding aside how about .............. Ricola Orange Spice combines the sweet, aromatic taste of orange and spices with the effectiveness of Echinacea extract. These natural ingredients work in harmony to bring soothing relief to coughs and sore throats. Ricola also contains a mixture of 10 medicinal Swiss mountain herbs to help relieve coughs naturally. OR Echinacea Cough Drops

My school books and notebooks were covered with these and we had endless fun with the parts that were left when you peeled the cartoon off. We'd stick them on peoples chairs so that they'd sit on them and if we were lucky, they'd get called to the front of the class. I still laugh about Wacky Packs whenever I go to the grocery. Some of those names still stick with products to this day. Old Spicy was one that cracked me up.

You are thinking of Cocillana Cough Drops. I remember the radio ads for them, with someone singing "Co-cill-annnnnnnnn-a" at the end of the blurb. I have not seen this brand for many, many years, but it is still possible to buy products in a health food store that contain the herbal ingredient for which the cough drops were named. Cocillana is derived from a tropical tree's bark, and it is used as an expectorant. If you look at the cough products (syrups as well as drops) in your local health food store, you should find something.

I remember syrup of cocillana, but I never heard of Cocillana cough drops. the syrup was a deadly-sweet cherry flavor, and I hated when my mother would feed it to me.
