after reading many post, it seems that the majority of people and the "dogs" are from the east side of the country...... well what about the west coast? are there good dogs out west? and if so, what is the difference between the two coasts? i am in oregon, and have been looking for a good/excellent dog to use in my upcomming dog business. i am in portland oregon and there is a company, ZENNERS, local, that has a great selection of dogs/wieners and sausages. they have been around since 1927. but besides zenners, i have not found any other "local west coast dogs." has the west coast been left out?

There are certainly a number of hot dog and sausage companies here in California. For example, go to the SPAR website: http://www.sparsausage.com In my neck of the woods, the Corralitos Sausage Company has an excellent line of sausages and hot dogs.
